    You will choose your own username and password when you register on the MCM website. After you register, we will send you an e-mail confirming your username and password information.

  • I'm a registered customer but I forgot my username.

    You'll need assistance from a service representative to find out your username. E-mail us at [Email US] or call a service representative at 1-888-235-4692.

  • I forgot my password.

    After clicking on the "login" link on the home page and arriving at the login page, click "Forgot Password?" at the bottom of the form. You will be taken to a "Forgot Password" form where you will need to enter your username and email address. Click submit and a new password will be emailed to you.

    A good password is important for your account's security. Here a few pointers to help you create a good, secure password:

  • How do I change my password?

    Go to Profile at the top right of any page while logged in. Click the "Change My Password" link. Type in your old and new password, then press "save". Passwords must be at least six characters.
