Ever wanted to have a computer, custom built to your needs? Tired of buying a computer with a bunch of stuff on it you will never use? We will show you everything you need to build a computer from scratch.

What you need:

Operating System

You must have an operating system to install on the computer. You can use Windows XP or Linux operating systems with this setup.

Computer Components

Everything you need to put the computer together.

Computer Case You will need a case to put all of your components into.
	300 Watt ATX computer case This case has 80mm fan slots in the front and back for efficient cooling. The case also features four 5.25" drive bays, and seven 3.5" bays. Included in the case is a 300W power supply for powering your system. #58-8085 View all computer cases.
Motherboard and Processor The motherboard is the main board that all components of your computer plug into. The processor is the brain of your computer.
	1.8Ghz CPU and Motherboard Bundle This combo includes a 1.8 GHz Pentium 4 processor and motherboard. The board has support for up to 2 Gb of DDR Random Access Memory (RAM), two PCI slots, and support for up to four ATA devices(hard drive, optical drive, etc.). Hard drive Stores all of the data on your computer.

RAM RAM is where your computer stores all the data currently being accessed by your computer.
	PNY DDR PC3200 512 Mb This DDR Ram will fit directly into the slot on your motherboard. MCM recommends part #83-10400. (For added performance, buy 2. This board will accept two side by side, and will give a boost to the system.) View all RAM.
Optical Drive Allows you to read and play CDs/DVDs in your computer. Your computer requires at least a CD drive in order to install the operating system.
	Liteon CD-RW/DVD combo drive This drive will allow you to read CDs and DVDs in your computer, and will also allow you to burn CD-R and CD-RW discs. MCM recommends part #83-10902. View all CD Burners.
	LG 18x Dual Layer DVD Burner This drive will read CD and DVD discs, and will burn CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW , and DVD+R DL discs. MCM recommends part #83-10612. View all DVD Burners.
