      Does what it's supposed to

      Overall: 3 out of 5

From the description, I wasn't exactly sure what (if any) features this has. Well, to clear that up... it doesn't really have any (not that it's necessarily a bad thing). It's just an aluminum handle with a brass chuck to hold a drill bit (similar to a thread tap handle). It's also hollow on the inside to store the bits (the description said the cap is magnetic, but mine isn't). To use it to "drill", you just rotate the whole thing.

This would be nicer if it had a collar that you could hold with one hand while spinning the handle, but it works okay... the bits are small, so they start the hole fairly quickly, so you don't need to worry about it walking much. The bits are nice... lots of small size bits, and they seem to make holes well.

The one complaint I have is that the brass chuck doesn't seem to hold the bits straight. I pulled it out, and one of the 4 brass "fingers" is noticeably stiffer (looks like the slots were cut unevenly). So, whether they're all like that, or mine is defective, I don't know... but it's just a minor complaint. Since you're turning it by hand, a little bit of wobble isn't too big of a deal.

Overall, not a bad deal, especially since it comes with drill bits... I'm sure it'll get some use, but it's certainly not a "must have" IMO. I personally like the small push drill sold here better (though it's a bit larger).
