TOSHIBA TRANSISTOR 2-21F1A -200V -15A 150W BCE Transistor, Type: SI-P, Voltage: 200 V, Current: 15 A, Power: 150 W, Frequency: 25 MHz
Real Toshiba 2SA1302 have been discontinued for some time now and can be a little tough to source, I was surprised to find them here and equally as skeptical, especially at this incredibly low price. I ordered a few and when they arrived I noted that they were, in fact, marked as Toshiba parts and the inking was consistent with an original part. However my initial concerns appear founded, subtle package differences, such as undersized mounting hole, were the first clues. Put to actual use the transistors I received had a lifespan roughly equal to a Mayfly, shorting out long before reaching anything near specs. Cutting open on of these revealed a die 1/6 the size of the die in a legit Toshiba 2SA1302. Your mileage may vary, but I would consider these carefully before using.
