I use it for stereo music listening

    Overall: 4.5 out of 5

I use it only for 2 channel music listening, not theater. Alot for the money. Came double boxed in perfect condition. Surprisingly the shipping weight was 11 pounds less than the description weight, so it's not quite the behemoth deal I expected. Nonetheless it does the job. I'm using it in a small room with two different sets of small audiophile monitors. When dialed in it gives just the effect I was looking for- a full extended bottom to speakers that have 5-6" woofers. Dialing in is the trick and it seems that every song is a little different in its mix and bottom content; so some come off much better than others. Not the sub's fault. My room has some severe nodes where the sub is way too big sounding, but it's good at my desk where I do most of my listening. I have the crossover point adjusted as low as it will go and the volume is only about 1/3 turned up. It's a hairline between not enough and too much bottom. So take ur time adjusting. When no content is playing, the sub puts out a very slight hum; not a problem when the music is on. My only real complaint is that once everything is turned off, the sub stays on for what seems like 20-30 minutes before it shuts off automatically.

I use this sub in my home theater, and it is of excellent quality and is easily comparable to more expensive subwoofers.

    Good Bass Articulation

    Overall: 4.5 out of 5

I have been very pleased with the performance of this sub woofer! Regardless of the low cost compared to brand named subs ... this unit is very good! Thanks for offering it!

Great Sub for a great price

    Overall: 5 out of 5

I bought this Subwoofer to go with 4 of the tower speakers and a center channel of this system and have been amazed at the quality. You cannot go wrong with this Subwoofer or the other speakers as well. See my other reviews of the other speakers and buy them.
