Product Details: IR Remote Extender with Stealth™ Target
Complete infrared extender system includes a compact IRBug emitter, power supply, and plasma proof IR target. By separating the infrared detector, and electronic circuitry into two separate components, the size of the visible component is reduced to virtually invisible. This is ideal for use in difficult, appearance critical situations.
This is part of the complete line of “Plasma–Proof” Infrared Remote Control Extender Systems from AudioPlex Technology. These infrared extenders allow IR controlled items to be operated over large areas, or from different rooms. Each package consists of one IR sensor/processor and one emitter. The processor/sensor is located in the area near the listener, the emitter is placed near the device to be controlled. These two components may be connected with any type of wire, including single pair telco, zip cord or speaker wire. They reliably operate in direct sunlight and in close proximity to problematic plasma display monitors. Additional IR sensor/processors may be added, allowing operation from more than one area. Additional emitters may also be added, to allow control of multiple components.
