Slide Style Stereo Volume Control
In–wall volume controls utilize high quality multitap audio transformers and smooth 12 position rotary switches to provide full range level control. They are designed for use in distributed audio systems, primarily those involving in–wall and ceiling speaker systems. Impedance matching design allows use in systems from one to 16 pairs of speakers on a single stereo amplifier.
When utilizing this control on each speaker pair, up to 16 pairs of 8Ω speakers can be connected in parallel, to a stereo amplififier, and appear as a 4Ω load to each channel.
