Composite Video to Cat5 Balun
Use to send composite video signal over Cat5 cable. This balun features a gold plated female RCA connector, and female RJ-45 jack. Screw terminals are available for connecting unterminated Cat5 cable.

  • Maximum distance: 1000' (assumes Cat5)
  • Utilizes one pair (pin 7/8) of Cat5 cable
  • Dimensions (excluding connector): 1.0" (H) x 0.85" (W) x 2.0" (L)

      I ordered 10 of these items but when I received them, only 4 were in the package. I called and explained the situation and MCM was extremely helpful and immediately agreed to send out the 6 additional units. When I received the next shipment, once again there were only 4 in the package, still shorting me 2 of the units. I called again and they were very helpful & apologetic. They immediately shipped the final 2 units to complete my order. It's not necessarily the fact you make a mistake or two, yet your ability to correct it is what makes you stand out amongst your competitors. Thank you!

      I have 4 of these in my house for security cameras running video over existing cat 5e wiring. They are great because they work well with existing cat5e without any special changes to the wiring closet.
