The Dri-box is a simple portable weatherproof connection box that is high quality and, more importantly, affordable. The design incorporates a very simple hinged clamp mechanism that can be opened or closed in 1 second allowing access and closure immediately without the need to release or tighten screws. The lid also features an innovative waterproof interface which moulds around cables when clamped to the box, giving you complete peace of mind. The volume of the box was also considered a key design feature as we all know space can be taken up quickly with transformers, controller, spare cable, timers and the gang socket. Therefore, the box is much larger than current models available on the market with enough space for a 4 way gang with all other necessities mentioned above. This product is a must for your Christmas display this year. You can also use the box throughout the year to protect electrical connections during gardening and outdoor maintenance jobs.

    The Dri-box is JUST what you need, if you need one. It offered the perfect size and features (cable ports and layout) for my project, which was to provide a weatherproof "below the deck" housing for sprinkler controllers/interfaces and power supply, as well as low voltage lighting transformer in my atrium adjacent to the living room. It slides perfectly out of the way beneath the deck yet is easily accessed via my drain maintenance access hatch. It's out of sight, yet right there. It seems that they thought of everything in the design, including VALUE. It's built plenty well and easily justifies it's price by its very existence alone, as I've never seen a similar device previously (at any price), although I've needed one a few times. If you need one, you'll dig it! It's as watertight as a "dri-box" should be, with superb ease of access to the contents through excellent design and layout. Well done. As usual, MCM shipped very promptly. Thanks! I needed the Dri-box!
