  Better than expected ... The catalog description doesn't do it justice. Features like data logging, Thermocouple, Battery or AC operation, and cable storage compartment make this meter a great choice for bench or field use.

  I troubleshoot a lot of video monitors and have to alternately switch between continuity/diode check to voltage. This requires you to pull the pos meter lead and plug it into another input. This is tiresome, believe me and everyone will occasionally forget to switch meter leads and the function switch. After one time mistakenly on continuity under power, I lost the backlight behind the display. Maybe a year later, doing so again killed the meter. Hey, I admit it's my own fault, but maybe I'll buy two to reduce the chance of an accident. No, I won't do that.
