      First the good news: This was a very nice supply when it was new, it worked very well, the output was clean and stable. It worked great on my Ham rig, I would have rated it 5 stars except for the bad news below. Now the bad news: After 14 months it failed by voltage going excessively high, resulting in It burning out my $450, 1 year old, Quad Band FM Ham transciever. This SUPPLY NEEDS OVERVOLTAGE PROTECTION. I replaced the bad transistors and added a overvoltage protection circuit and it now is working again. My $450 radio however, is beyond repair.
