  Condition of packaging and scratches on the CD indicate that I received a used item. The manual states in system specifications "Maximum Frame rate per channel: 25 fps (PAL), 30 ftp (NTSC)", but neglects to mention that if you want to record all 4 inputs the maximum frame rate per channel(NTSC) is 7 fps. If you record one input then you can have 30 fps, 2 inputs 15 fps each. If I had known that, I would have purchased CPC Part #: 82-12150 | MCM Order #: 82-12150 instead. At this point, I have tested the manual record and motion detection record, as well as the playback features and they work as expected. Package included RCA to BNC adaptors.

  Nothing in the ad for this DVR card mentions that it only works with (some? all?) ATI and Nvidia video cards. Installation in a Dell Optiplex 260 failed ("No Video Card" error message). No mention of needing specific video card in User Manual or Installation Guide. Only place this is mentioned is on Easy Setup Guide. Condition of box and contents clearly indicated I received a used product. Tab on bottom of PCI card mounting bracket was twisted, two installation CDs in box (both dirty with finger prints, printed materials were less than pristine. I gave the DVR a rating of 3 since it may have value to others with the right video card.
