We purchased 2 of these for our Fire Station and they installed great!! We had some issues running the wires inside of the aluminum strut but after all was up in the ceiling and walls, installation and programming was a breeze!!! We are buying 4 more indoor units for the offices and rooms as well.
We were quoted with 2 companies to have prox systems installed at >$30k and $24k each and we can do it with these systems for under $1500.00!!
Great Product and Great Value!!!
The installation instructions are a tad vague. There are lots of extra parts, all depending on how you are installing it. You may find you need to buy extra parts for your installation. Make sure you read the instructions! Once you get it all installed and working, it's a champ! I especially like that you can make it beep when the door is unlocked. That's helped prevent several instances of someone getting hit by the door when people are trying to go in/out at the same time.
