    Modified for Pi 2

    Overall: 5 out of 5

Saw the clearance price of $2 so I picked up an extra one for my Pi 2. It took me less than an hour, with Dremel tool to relocate the vertical clips and create/enlarge the two CSI/DSI ribbon cable slots. I like the fact that the case can stands vertically and use velcro to mount the Pi Cam on the top surface. Velcro also let me made minor directional changes.

    Broke while assembling

    Overall: 1 out of 5

The plastic used in this mount is very fragile. It cracked all the way across through the "special" slots used to locate the unique connectors that cradle the Raspberry Pi. I cannot recommend something as fragile as this is. I am very disappointed.

    Raspberry Pi Case

    Overall: 5 out of 5
    Value:
    Quality:

Great for those who need a bench open air enclosure. Also helps with taking care of heating issues of the RPi cpu/video chipset. Only complaint is they need a taller spacer to allow the heatshink kit to have a 1/4" to 1/2" more spacing. I will buy more... hope it comes with longer spacers. Thanks! Dennis

    Raspberry Pi VESA Mount Case

    Overall: 4.5 out of 5
    Value:
    Quality:

Items arrived on time and in perfect condition. Granting that this case is designed for 100mm spaced VESA mounting, I would like to suggest that it would take very little effort to add 4 more holes to add the 75mm spaced holes. In fact, I added such holes myself in a few minutes so that I could use the mount case on the back of a smaller monitor I had which has the 75mm holes. Having both 100mm and 75mm holes in the same case, would cost very little extra and might increase sales of the case, since I saw no similar cases being offered with 75mm spaced holes. I am happy buying things from this merchant and will shop here again in the future.

Good overall design, good quality, one drawback with newest version of Raspberry Pi PCB

    Overall: 4 out of 5

    Quality:

Doesn't work with the newest version (512MB) if you add an 8 pin header for the new expansion connector with the pins on the bottom of the Raspberry P. This is the only way to get enough spacing between the two expansion connectors to use them both. I will have to use 1 1/2" spacers between the LCD mount and cover and use the PCB mounting holes after drilling mounting holes in the LCD mount. Even though assembly is fairly obvious I would still like to have assembly instructions (like what am I supposed to do with the little clear plastic feet ?).
