  I'm using this amplifier in combination with a C4 antenna. The amplifier was needed so I could split my signal to 9 different TV's around the house. It works remarkably well, without any symptoms of over-amplification. It only doesn't get a 5-star rating because the power injector that comes with the unit can't be disconnected during installation. The power wires LOOK like they can be unscrewed just like any other piece of coax, but if you unscrew the connector you'll find the power wires are soldered into the power connector. This was a little inconvenient during installation (trying to work with a wall transformer hanging off your connector) but it's a one-time thing so I'm not going to ding them too bad for it. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this purchase, and would recommend it to others.
