    The battery was an exact replacement for my old CyberPower UPC. Unhooked the old one, pulled it out, inserted the new one, hooked it up, turned it on and it was up and running right then. Excellent shipping, package arrived without even a dent. Usually packages with heavy items tend to get damaged, but this was packed great.
