  There is no company name anyhere to be found, not on the unit, not on the box, not on the CD, not in the word document on the CD that is the manual. There is no one to talk to when I had problems. The only company mentioned was the software package included, ULEAD who had nothing to do with the manufacture of the unit. When I went to install the driver the install wizard just said to install XP SP2, I already have it. When I let Windows find a driver online it installed one for a generic web camera, the audio does not work. I routed the audio to the line input of the PC and got it to work, but I should not have had to. Don't buy this junk, go with someone that has enough pride in their work to put the company name on it.

  I have bought 10 of these. They work great on XP. Absolutely will not work on Vista. The capture & editing software is easy to use and does a great job.
