    The phono plugs for both the microphone and stereo headset are missing bulbous tip ends. I compared these plugs with others and there is a noticeable difference. They do not make a reliable connection when mated with the jack. Problem encountered on both mic. and spkr. I only could make contact when pushing the plugs to the side.
