  i initially bought this as a gift for my brother-in-law, but my own "brand name" drill broke before I gave it to him. So I kept it for myself since I now needed a drill. It has been wonderful. The power is great and the value of this drill is unbelievable. I'm always looking for great deals (I stock up on gifts that way) so I bought another 3 of these for my dad, uncle, and grandpa. Good product.

  I charged up the battery and started to use it. It only lasted about 35 minutes and it was dead. I was just screwing in 15/8 inch drywall screws and a few 2 inch which amounted to about 50 screws. The drill itself is pretty good but the battery just dosen't cut it. When using my 18volt Ryobi drill it will last 2 to 3 times as long. You get what you pay for.\ Thanks Gary

  As the previous review stated, the battery pack is the weakest part, after all the manufacturer needs to save costs some way. When my battery died (after 1 month of use), I just re-built it with much more powerful battery cells, and it has been running faithfully ever since.

  I thought I had found a great deal. It worked great for about 3 charges. Then the battery pack was shot. Wouldn't charge any more. Spend a few dollars more and get a name brand.
