  The cameras are lightweight and easy to mount. The receiver is also lightweight so I put a piece of 2 faced tape on the bottom to hold it in place. The location of the receiver is paramount for good reception. I am getting good video in both light and dark situations. I have one camera pointed at the front door (about 25 feet away) and can clearly see it in the dark. The auto switch function between cameras works as stated in manual. The manual switching "beeps" when you switch between cameras (wish I could turn that off). The "listen in" feature is good. Just by increasing the volume on your TV (my system is hooked up to a VCR - TV) lets you tune right in and is very sensitive.
