100 Watt Subwoofer Amplifier Module
 Perfect in situations where moderate power output is desired. Its compact size lends itself to use in small subwoofer enclosures. The fully enclosed ABS rear cover makes this ideal in DIY applications as well.

  • Continuously adjustable phase adjustment from 0° ~ 180°

  • Removable IEC type power cord
  • Discrete TO-3P output devices (complimentary 2SC5197/2SA1940)

      It has an annoying 60hz hum. Previous plate amp in same system did not have this problem, but I've used it for another subwoofer project. Would return, but I already cut off the terminals.

      Bought a AR S108 PS subwoofer which proved to have a poorly designed amp that went out after two years. Service technicial at local shop indicated the amp in the AR Sub was a known troublesome unit and recommended I simply replace it instead of trying to fix. I used a one of these 100 Watt submodules #50-6272 from MCM to replace the unit in the AR sub and it has performed flawlessly since 2006. I am very happy with this quality sub module.
