Good fit and finish. Very good sound for the price. Smooth bottom end without the harsh top end that usually comes with piezo tweeters. Rugged and durable, surviving many bumps and bruises during transport. A very popular item in our rental fleet. We have just ordered four more. Two minor improvements would make these a perfect 10. More user friendly handles, and replace the binding post connections with 2 - 1/4" input jacks or speakon connectors.

    Very nice for the bucks

I picked up a pair of these in late 2009 without great expectations, but they have exceeded my presumptions given their low cost. I'm been using them as vocal monitors for performance and practices, and they are meeting the needs of my pretty loud blues band. Nice full response but not boomy (no ports, good for tightness but not as efficient as ported cabs), and while the tweeters are said to be piezos, the highs are not harsh. The only negatives are the mostly useless handles that require two hands to carry them, the positive being they are so light that you can easily carry both, and I plan to install one new strap handle each this week. Four corners are not protected by plastic corners, something else I have remedied cheaply so they will last longer.
