The heavy duty professional phone plug series improves on the design of the existing C series by offering the thinnest available A-gauge 1/4" plug with unique Neutrik chuck type strain relief on the market. The slimline shell with a width of 14.5 mm meets the most recent requirements for highest density jackfields (15.88mm jack pitch). The precise machined one-piece tip contact without rivets makes it unique and avoids hook up in a socket or break off the tip. The Plug X Series serves all applications such as guitar applications, audio cables, snakes, speakers, amplifiers and mixing desks.

  • All metal housing eliminates the plastic cover of the predecessor NP*RCS and improves further durability and EMI protection
  • Extra slim 1/4"" plug for highest packing density
  • Robust diecast shell in stylish design
  • Improved chuck type strain relief for reliable cable retention
  • Sleek design for best handling convenience
  • Precision machined one-piece contacts - avoid hook up of tip contact"

      flawed but useful

      Overall: 4 out of 5

The boot of these connectors is not for standerd sized cable like mic cables or guitar cables. Its a fair dagree smaller and can be a real pain if that's the kind of cable you intend to use. However, with some elbow grease you can stretch it out enough to fit and it has a wonderful strain releaf like all neutrik connectors do and its solid metal. Its allso cheaper then most right angle connectors and for the money spent its definitly worth it.

      Overall: 5 out of 5

I have been using Neutrik connectors but decided to give these a try. These work great, are easy to assemble, and compact in size. I will be buy these again!

      Great strain relief system

      Overall: 5 out of 5

Good quality parts, manufactured well, great strain relief mechanism and easy to solder connections. A little clunky looking, but not enough to take off a star. You'll be pleased.
