      I would not say this is the most sophisticated scope I have used, but for the money, you wont find anything that comes close. In fact, I would say you wont find anything close for near double the price. The manual is good, but if you have any experience using a scope, you wont need it. The controls are intuitive enough to take this out of the box and use. Display quality, overall solid feel, nice case, good accuracy, what else can I say. This is a great find.

      The Tenma 72-8400 - Hand-held 8MHz Oscilloscope w/Digital Multimeter DMM is one of the most versatile meters I have owned. It allows quick and accurate DC readings while observing any noise on the power supply lines. I recently was troubleshooting a distortion problem in a digital organ and almost immediately found a noisy square wave clock pulse. This is now my main DMM on any job.
