Compact 2-in-1 unit provides standard digital multimeter functions, as well as cable mapping for up to 16 different cables.
Two piece kit consists of a multi channel transmitter, and combination receiver/DMM. The transmitter creates 16 unique signals to each numbered alligator clip output. Simply locate the transmitter at the home run location of any network or audio distribution system, and attach the clip lead output to each cable in the bundle. The receiver will then be able to identify which cable is run to each location at the opposite end.
Digital multimeter measures AC/DC volts and amps, resistance and diodes, and provides audible continuity test.
