MCM Web Rewards Program
- Rules for the Program
- Customers must sign up to participate in the web rewards program
- Sales goals must be reached in the designated time period. You can not combine sales from previous years or orders to reach a yearly target.
- Sales for on-line orders only count towards your bonus credit
- No orders phoned or faxed into the MCM call center will be included in the sales calculation
- To receive credit for a purchase, an order must be placed on-line. In the event of the website being down or unable to order via the website, please contact our rewards department.
- Reward Credits
- The end date for sales which count towards your rewards in 12/31 of each year
- Here are the four tiers included in our rewards program:

- Credits will be awarded in January for reaching a certain tier:
- Platinum - $500 credit towards MCM
- Gold - $250
- Silver - $50
- Basic - $25
- Credits must be used in full within 90 days of receiving the reward
- Monthly Promotions
- Promotions are valid through the entire month. For example, if the offer is free shipping over $150, a customer can use that source code as much as they want throughout the month. When that month is over, a new source code and promotion will be available and the previous month’s source code/offer is invalid.
- Exception, if the promotion is otherwise specified for a one-time use only.
- Customer Communications
- You will receive a welcome e-mail after joining. Each welcome e-mail will include the offer for the current month and the rules of the program.
- You will receive monthly rewards e-mails with the new offer and any other promotions we run at that time
- Rewards members have access to a dedicated e-mail address to contact MCM with questions or problems. You are guaranteed a response within 24 hours of receiving the e-mail (only available during the business week)
- Periodically throughout the year, MCM will send an update as to where you stand in our rewards program and what they need to spend in order to advance to the next tier or achieve a higher credit.
