Terms and Conditions
Customers must enroll in the MCM Web Rewards program to receive benefits. Only sales placed on the web will qualify for Web Rewards promotions and count toward the bonus credit. Monthly promotions can be used more than once, unless otherwise specified, but only for the month specified. Source codes must be provided at the time an order is placed.
The year end bonus will be awarded by 1/31/08 and will be calculated on web sales received from 1/1/07 through 12/31/07. The bonus will be paid in the form of credit to your account, which must be used towards MCM merchandise. The bonus credit must be redeemed within 90 days otherwise that bonus is forfeited. Bonus credit can not be applied to an existing order or account balance. The customer’s account must be in good standing to be eligible for the bonus. Any bonus credit not redeemed or used in its entirety will be forfeited. MCM employees, suppliers and National Account customers are not eligible to participate in the program.
MCM reserves the right to modify the terms or cancel the program at any time without prior notification.
